Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bedtime: Kids Sleep Stories app. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

The app provides narrated audio bedtime stories for children, in English and Tamil, with related features such as ambient sounds, a sleep timer, and offline downloads. A selection of stories is free; the full library requires a Bedtime Premium subscription.

Subscriptions

Bedtime Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription: Yearly (with a 7-day free trial) or Monthly. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

For Parents

The app is intended to be set up and purchased by adults. Playback is designed for children, but purchases, settings, and subscription management are the responsibility of a parent or guardian.

Content and License

All stories, narrations, artwork, and other content in the app are owned by the developer or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and its content for private, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, resell, or create derivative works from the content.

Availability

Story content is delivered over the internet and may occasionally be unavailable, updated, or replaced. Downloaded stories remain playable offline. We may add, change, or remove individual stories from the library over time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, circumvent the subscription, or use the content outside the license above.

Disclaimer and Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
