Who These Terms Are Between
These terms are an agreement between you — the adult who downloaded the app — and Sinba Labs ("we", "us"). The app is made for children aged 2–6, but the agreement is with you, the grown-up. By using the app you accept these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where these terms say more, these terms govern.
Your Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, as permitted by the App Store terms.
The One-Time Unlock
The app is free to try, with a selection of free pages. A single one-time purchase unlocks the full library — every page now in the app and every page we add later. It is not a subscription; there are no recurring charges. The purchase is processed by Apple and tied to the Apple Account that bought it. You can restore it on a new device with "Restore purchase" in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple through their standard process (https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223); we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves. Purchases sit behind a parental gate, but you are responsible for purchases made on your device.
The Colouring Pages
We add new pages over time and may occasionally retire one from the catalogue. Pages already downloaded to your device keep working — your child's coloured pictures never lose their lines. The line-art pages, the app's design, and its name are our intellectual property. You may not copy, extract, resell, or redistribute the page art outside the app.
Your Child's Artwork
Whatever your child colours or draws in the app belongs to your family, not to us. Share it, print it, frame it. Artwork is stored only on your device; back up your device to keep it safe, and note that deleting the app deletes the artwork on that device.
Acceptable Use
Don't reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it, don't use it in any unlawful way, and don't attempt to interfere with the content service that delivers new pages.
The App Is Provided "As Is"
We work hard to keep the app simple, safe and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the statutory rights consumer law gives you.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date before the change applies. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the place you live.
